The old wine cellar building of Quinta da Aveleda in Penafiel, near Porto, converted into a building for wine tourism with architectural design by Atelier Diogo Aguiar Studio and works carried out by CS Construtora, won the Construir Prize 2019 in the “Best space for commerce and services” category.

In this intervention, NCREP’s activities included inspection and structural diagnosis, formulating a rehabilitation and structural strengthening project and coordinating the various engineering specialities, as well as performing load tests on the existing structure.
