NCREP carries out projects in the area of building rehabilitation. Inspection, diagnosis and safety assessment actions performed in advance play a key role here.

Despite NCREP’s extensive knowledge of materials and structural elements, only accurate knowledge of structures allows us to propose interventions with minimal impact, in which the maintenance of structures occupies a prominent place.

NCREP’s intervention strategies are guided by the directives and recommendations of international bodies and documents in the area of rehabilitation. 

In this sequential process – Inspection, Diagnosis, Safety Assessment and Project – NCREP aims to provide clients with a final product based on an integrated “get to know in order to intervene” model, in a process that seeks an optimal balance between the requirements of the job and safeguarding.
