António Patrício House, with architectural design by Atelier in.vitro and works carried out by FL Construções (Roofing) and Coeng Construção, won the National Urban Rehabilitation Prize (for an intervention of less than 1,000 m2) and the Nuno Teotónio Pereira Prize 2019 (residential building category). NCREP performed inspection and structural diagnosis actions, formulated a rehabilitation and structural strengthening project and coordinated various engineering specialities.

This same intervention was also distinguished with two Honourable Mentions in the National Urban Rehabilitation Prize 2019 (in the Porto and Residential categories).
