Gabrieli Regina Ficanha has a degree in civil engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná (PUC-PR, Brazil) and a master’s degree from the University of Minho (UMinho) and Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC) in “Structural Analysis of Monuments and Historical Constructions”, having developed her master’s thesis on the 1929 metal roof of the “Estació de França” in Barcelona. Participated in the design and execution of stabilization, rehabilitation and reconstruction of the “House of Wonders” in Zanzibar, a UNESCO heritage site. She has been a structural engineer at NCREP since 2024.
