NCREP was responsible for developing the Inspection and Structural Diagnosis campaign and the Stability Project for this building located on Rua Aires Gouveia in Porto, with the aim of transforming it into a hotel.

As it is a building with relevant architectural characteristics, the inspection and diagnosis actions took on a particularly important role, as they made it possible to develop a rehabilitation project capable, through limited and targeted strengthening actions, of maintaining almost fully the elements that make up the building.
