NCREP was responsible for developing the Inspection and Structural Diagnosis campaign and the Stability Project of a cluster of three buildings located in the area called Alta de Coimbra, inserted in the Special Protection Zone that delimits the area classified and entered in the UNESCO World Heritage List. The project aimed to rehabilitate the existing buildings in order to create a new hotel. Inspection and diagnosis actions played a key role in the rehabilitation of the building, enabling us to carry out a project properly sustained and adapted to the on-site conditions.
