NCREP was responsible for developing the Structural Inspection and Diagnosis campaign and the Stability Project for this building located in Rua de Santa Helena in Porto. Inspection and diagnosis actions played a key role in the building rehabilitation project. Although the building presented significant anomalies, particularly in the structural timber elements, we were able to develop a stability project capable of preserving the structural characteristics of the building.
