NCREP was responsible for developing the Inspection and Structural Diagnosis campaign and the Stability Project for this building located in Rua da Alegria in Porto. Inspection and diagnostics actions play a key role in any rehabilitation project. Proper identification of the characteristics of the existing structure and its conservation status are absolutely necessary to ensuring that a subsequent project is duly supported and adapted to the particular conditions of the building and aimed at solution of the actual problems of the structure, as well to optimizing solutions and the final cost of interventions.
